Hi Aisha,

 

The team were great, I wasn't there but my wife said they did a good job. 

Unfortunately the blocked drain wasn't cleared due to the blockage being further down the pipes than anticipated. The team said they are going to ask the building management permission to inspect the properties above to see where the blockage is. It would also be good to inspect the below apartments, if the drain is blocked, it may be below us causing water to overflow up on to our balcony. 

 

Let me know once the team have further information or need access to the apartment again.
